What can dieters eat?
The south beach diet supports snacking so you won’t ever have to worry about getting hungry. There
is no need to count calories as all you need to do is ensure that you eat smaller servings at each meal. You will
also need to eliminate anything that is high in sugar as well. In the first stages of the diet you are not allowed
to consume alcoholic beverages either.
Let us take a look at the menu.
The first 14 days you will need to eliminate the foods mentioned above. After these couple days of
not eating these things many people realize that they lose the taste for these foods and most times continue to
eliminate them from the body. Throughout the entire phase you are only allowed 2 servings of milk. This can be
buttermilk, low fat milk, non-fat milk and yogurt. At the start of the second stage you can now eat carrots and
